You can expect us to visit your place based on the following schedule:

Initial inspection within a week of signing up
Follow-up visit after four months
Follow-up visit after eight months

Detailed services

Below is a list of all the system checks that we do when we visit your place.

Range

Inspect electrical systems for proper ground and secure connections
Visual check readily accessible wiring insulation for cracks and/or peeling
Heat check oven controls for accurate temperatures
Check oven door and door gasket for proper alignment
Level range and ensure the anti-tip device is installed
Check and adjust clock/timer as needed
Test self-cleaning lock mechanism
Check electronic controls for proper functions
Check surface/oven burners/elements
Clean door gasket
Clean around burners
Clean/wipe down the exterior of the appliance with appropriate cleaner

HVAC System

Check thermostat settings
Tighten all electrical connections and measure voltage and current on motors
Lubricate all moving parts
Check and inspect the condensate drain
Check controls for proper and safe operation
Clean evaporator and condenser air conditioning coils
Check refrigerant level and adjust if necessary
Clean and adjust blower components for proper system airflow
Check all gas (or oil) connections, pressure, combustion, and heat exchanger
Check filters
