1 For Clients
The client pays a $5.99 convenience fee for the posting of a custom or packaged project.
If you would like us to assign a Project Concierge to your project, then they will handle your job from start to finish and will interface with you when needed to get the job done. This service is billed as a 15% add-on fee to your total fee.
2 For Freelancers / Professionals
It is free for the professional to sign up, create a profile, select skills of projects you are interested in, upload a portfolio, receive project notifications, discuss project details with the employer, and bid on projects and it is free to win the projects. That’s right, it costs the professional nothing to win jobs on Begin A Project.
3 Taxes
Taxes are the responsibility of the freelancer/professional based on local rates and rules defined by the user's city of residence. Begin A Project does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice.

4 User Agreement
The fees and charges summarized on this page are governed by the terms of the Begin A Project User Agreement and related site policies. The User Agreement includes other important terms and should be read in full. In particular section 23 of the User Agreement specifies the consequences of termination for violations of the User Agreement. Those consequences can include fines for damages that Begin A Project will sustain as a result of actions that breach the User Agreement.
